Our company was established in 1978 as ROVI CONSTRUCTION, INC. During this time, the company was engaged in general construction of roads and bridges for Private Companies and for the Department of Public Works and Highways of the Philippines.
Later, the company decided to terminate its general construction activities and focus as a specialty supplier of engineered flooring products beginning 1996. In 2002, we decided to rename the company to ROVI MULTI-PRODUCTS, INC.
From 1996 to 2003, the company was primarily importing finished flooring products from the USA, CHINA and BRAZIL. During this period we were able to supply and install about 1,500,000 sq ft of engineered flooring material. |

Starting 2004, the company decided to go to flooring manufacturing and invested in machineries for the production of engineered and solid wood flooring materials.
Our company is 100% family owned company. We are a small company compared to the giants in China, Malaysia and Indonesia. What we are proud of is that we are a niche market player and we are able to meet the customer's specific requirement for color and wood construction even if it is a small order.
We cater to all levels of requirement whether big or small. Our ability to adapt to the requirements of the market is what makes our company unique. You tell us what you want and within the limits of the wood you have specified and limits of our machineries, we will do the flooring in accordance with your requirements.
Our manufacturing facility is located 10-15 minutes away from the Central Business District of Makati City and occupies an area of 10,764 sq ft. We have satellite facilities FOR KILN DRYING AND WOOD PRE PROCESSING OUTSIDE OF MANILA of another 10,000 sq ft.
The company has bought the latest floor manufacturing machineries and applies UV cured polyurethane from TREFFERT of GERMANY. With these machineries, the company is able to process engineered wood and solid wood flooring products at a capacity of 25,000 sq ft per month on a 10 hours shift and 50,000 sq ft per month on two shifts per month. We can still double our production capacity, if required, within 4-6 months of notice.
Our latest project was the supply and installation of Beech engineered wood flooring products for the Grand ShangTower located at Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Our other marquee projects were the Pacific Plaza Towers at Fort Bonifacio and The Woodlands Log Homes project at Tagaytay Highlands where we imported and installed Engineered Wood Flooring products from the USA. These projects involved the importation and installation of 85,000 sq meters of flooring and 27,000 sq meters of flooring worth respectively.
Since we started manufacturing operation in January 2005, we have developed new wood flooring materials which are only available from our company. These are engineered Coconut wood flooring with vertically and horizontally constructed coconut veneers and engineered wood flooring made from Malapapaya, Batino, Gisak, Red Mahogany, Ipil Ipil, Philippine Oak, Philippine Teak, Meranti and Gmelina.
The company was founded by its President and CEO, Robert S. Estacio together with his wife, Ma. Victoria Santos Estacio, who acts as Vice President for Finance and Administration. ROVI is an acronym of the names of RObert and VIctoria.
In 2004, the eldest of three children, Manuel Roberto Estacio II, whose nickname is ROVI joined the company and is now VP for Sales and Marketing.
